We fulfill most orders through Printful (print-on-demand). Items are produced after you order. Production and shipping timelines may vary by product, destination, and season.

Rates & Estimated Delivery

  • Real-time rates: Options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address and items in the cart.
  • Estimates: Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.

Multi-Item Orders

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
  • Returned-to-sender packages may be re-shipped; additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties & VAT

International shipments may incur customs fees. These are assessed by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, or peak-season volume may impact delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@urbawn.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We’ll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
